Better interaction between Technical institutions and industry is the need of the hour. This will have great bearing on the MCA curriculum, exposure of industrial atmosphere to students and subsequent placement of fresher in industries across the country. With the advent of globalization and opening up of Indian economy to outside world, competition among industries has become stiff.
• Candidates must possess a bachelors degree from a recognized university (appearing candidates are also eligible).
• Candidate should have secured minimum 50% aggregate in graduation (45% in case of reserved category)
• Candidate must have Mathematics/ statistics or Business Mathematics in 10+2 or any one year of graduation
• Candidate must have valid MH-MCA-CET or Association CET score.
Institute Level Admission
For institute level admission candidates will have to send their 10th, 12th, Graduation mark sheet, entrance exam score card, & photo id proof either by email, by post or in person. Once the documents are verified the students will be informed of further procedure of admission either by mail or phone or in person.
The role of the Training and Placement Cell is a facilitator and councilor for placement related activities. Placement cell extend placement services even after the completion of degree.

Right To Information Cell
Whoever directly or indirectly commits, participates in, abets or propagates ragging within or outside any education institution shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years and shall also be liable to a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
Anti-Ragging Nodal Officer
Collective punishment: when the persons committing or abetting the crime of ragging are not identified, the institution shall resort to collective punishment as a deterrent to ensure community pressure on the potential raggers.
MBA department has organised an event called Corporate week which was Held on 15th, 16th, 17th & 18th Sep-2014 For MBA Students.
Making a successful transition from campus to corporate is the most exciting and phenomenal step in one’s life and that should be handled with utmost care was the main aim of Celebrating Corporate Week.
This session was organized as a part of Extra-curricular activity by JSPM’S Jayawant Institute of Management Studies, Tathawade, Pune-33 on Thursday 25th Sep 2014 at 02:00 pm to 04:40 pm. The motto of this session was basically to improve the confidence and ability to face the difficult situations in students. In this session total 5 different motivational videos were shown.
To sharpen student’s grasping ability towards health and environment .It makes them aware of recent environment happenings which is very important for the management students. With this view in mind the JSPM’s JIMS organized one event on the theme “Non –Fuel Cooking Competition” on 06-Sept-2014. Through this Competition, students explored the world of healthy cooking and had opportunities to create dishes by themselves.
